Consistency in Clean, Every Time!

Service Summary

Maintenance Cleanings are scheduled in regular intervals, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly appointments. This frequency can be customized to fit your specific needs and preferences. Maintenance cleanings can only occur after we have established an Intensive cleaning with you or once we have established that your home is already considered neat and tidy by one of our cleaning technicians. We can then clear you for regular upkeep. Maintenance Services primarily cover general surface level cleaning, dusting of all rooms, and floor care throughout. Here are more details of what we include:

01. General

CHECK-LIST

  • Dusting all vents, ceilings, corners, and lights.

  • Disinfecting all general surface area's.

  • Wiping down all surfaces.

  • Vacuuming and Mopping floors.

  • Polishing and shining glass and mirrors.

03. Bathrooms

CHECK-LIST

  • Clean and Organize counter tops.

  • Disinfect bathtub, shower, and sink.

  • Scrub and disinfect toilet.

  • Buff and Shine mirror and faucets.

05. Common Areas

LIVING, DINING, STAIRS, FOYER

  • Dust Knick knacks and decor items.

  • Pillows will be fluffed, throws will be folded.

  • Remote controls will be sanitized and wiped.

  • Dust electronics, desks, tables, & shelves.

02. Kitchen

CHECK-LIST

  • Wiping down all surface area's. 

  • Disinfecting all countertops and backsplash.

  • Clean inside/outside of microwave.

  • Clean all appliances, buff and shine.

  • Clean the stovetop.

  • Clean outside fridge and oven.

  • Clean out the toaster, buff and shine.

  • Clean the lid of the trashcan and outside.

  • Disinfect the sink and faucet.

04. Bedrooms & Offices

CHECK-LIST

  • Light organizing and storing of items.

  • All surfaces disinfected and wiped.

  • All carpets and rugs vacuumed.

  • Beds made (with/with-out new linens).

  • Offices wiped down and disinfected.

06. Additions

INCLUDED IN THIS PLAN

  • Trash removal and trash cans lined.

  • Disinfecting doorknobs, handles,  switches.

  • Light organization and storage of items.

  • Making up beds (with new/used) linens.

  • Small special requests or projects are always accepted as long as time allows.

Pricing Adjustment Summary

Our flat-rate pricing is based on the assumption that your home is of average size for the number of beds and baths selected and maintains a reasonable level of cleanliness. If your rooms are larger or dirtier than average, our staff may need additional time to complete the service or may need to adjust the scope of work. If your home exceeds 'average' conditions or size and requires more than an additional hour to clean, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing if you choose to have us continue. Our goal is to provide thorough and efficient service while ensuring fairness for both our clients and staff.
